Detail of Battle Crow from “Cú Chulainn riding his chariot into battle” by Joseph Christian Leyendecker (1874 – 1951)

My kind and ever-patient newsletter subscribers got the news on Tuesday…but the rest of you are getting it, now!

It’s my pleasure to announce that my third book: The Morrigan: Celtic Goddess of Magick and Might, will be released in 2019 through Weiser Books.

Like BrigidThe Morrigan is a journey through ancient mythology and Irish Celtic history of the Goddess of War, Shapeshifting, sovereignty, with deep connections to the Faery World. The book’s intention is to carve an accessible path for contemporary people to connect with Her. The book will also contain true-life experiences with the Morrigan from individuals in Ireland and around the world.

The journey thus far has been an inner pilgrimage, going into some scary places in my own heart while soaking up these gorgeous mythos. Now that the secret is out, I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned.

And….

I can now confirm that author Lora O’Brien has graciously agreed to write the foreword. I couldn’t be happier.

Thank you all for your support! I am nervous, excited, delighted, and terrified. Then again, I felt that way with the last two books, too, so it’s possible this is just how I am with a new book in progress.

P.s., See my new blog on cursing Nazis…
