I’ve been of a blog-slut these days and have cheated on this one more than once recently. 😉

A Wild Ride….
On Friday, an interview I conducted with Jane Hash–a Pagan Renegade on Wheels and the self-described “Politically-incorrect voice for the unheard” ran in The Wild Hunt!

“I really don’t think it is my responsibility to make people like me. You’re either going to like me or you’re not. It’s my responsibility to be the best person I can be.”

Jane’s film “Plain Jane: The Shockumentary” is a hilarious trip down a brilliant road, paved with all kinds of fodder for thought and discussion. For me, anyway, the best part was sharing an hour with Jane on Skype–which had me laughing, sharing, and left me thinking long after our discussion was over.

Thank you again, Jane!

Road Trip for Wind Power (another wild ride…)
Also on Friday (I guess Friday was kind of a big day!), I took a road trip to Brid’s Closet in Cornwall, NY with two friends/Coveners/cohorts on the Pagan Environmental Coalition of NYC. We screened the movie “Gasland”, had a discussion, raised energy in a beautiful ritual, and gathered a few more signatures for the letter we plan to send to Governor Cuomo in support of wind power.

Dear Governor Cuomo: Witches Want Wind. Sincerely, Witches of NY.

This is me doing Q&A. Thank you to Deborah Meyerriecks for the photo!

Priesting for the Gods (Yet another Wild Ride….)

Erick DuPree wrote a beautiful piece about what it means to be Pagan clergy…or clergy of any nature for that matter! As someone whose work in the Craft involves training would-be Priest/esses, I very much resonate with what Erick says in his article on Witches and Pagans.

"When we are Priesting for the Goddess, we are priest for humanity."

“When we are Priesting for the Goddess, we are priest for humanity.”

Thank you for sharing such beautiful thoughts, Erick!
