Despite what the TikTokers might tell you, answering a call from Hekate is not about suddenly “embracing darkness” (I don’t even know what that means!). It’s also not a sign that death is imminent. It may not even mean that your future spiritual path will be led by Hekate.

What does Hekate’s role in her mythology say about her role in YOUR life?

Although she’s a Titan, she stands by her nephew Zeus in his quest to over-throw the Titan order.

For you, this might mean:

  • A radical change in perspective.
  • A call to standing on the side of change
  • Choosing the vulnerable over the powerful

When Persephone was in Hades, Hekate walked with her and lit the way.

For you, this might mean:

  • She will walk with you as you navigate a scary chapter
  • You are crossing a threshold into a new life, and she is there to guide you
  • You may be navigating a time of darkness, and she will light your way

She came to Medea’s aid, even as Medea embarked on an ultimately destructive journey

For you, this might mean:

  • Coming to your aid as you make difficult choices
  • Opening avenues to changing your life
  • Supporting you as you leave one role behind and embrace another

What would YOU add to this list from your experience?
