Amy Blackthorn is the award-winning author of the best-selling Blackthorn’s Botanicals series. She has 15 years in executive protection and 25 years as a martial artist. She has been described as an “arcane horticulturist” for her lifelong work with magical plants and teaching. She incorporates her experiences in British Traditional Witchcraft with her horticulture studies. She has a certification in aromatherapy and is ordained through the Order of the Golden Gryphon. She has appeared on HuffPoLive, Netflix’s Top Ten Secrets and Mysteries in an episode about Supernatural Abilities & the AP Newswire. Amy lives in Delaware.
J. Allen Cross is an accomplished author and folk magician known for his book American Brujeria: Modern Mexican American Folk Magic and The Witch’s Guide to the Paranormal. He has earned three “Witchies,” celebrating his book, his co-hosted podcast Invoking Witchcraft, and a standout episode on Folk Magic. A lifelong practitioner, he has engaged in folk magic and paranormal investigation since his teens and has been a professional medium for two years. Passionate about community-building, J. Allen provides spiritual care and healing to rural Oregon, especially LGBTQ+ individuals, embodying his magical family’s traditions and a life steeped in folk craft. J. Allen Cross will delve into the essence of living as a folk practitioner, showing how culture, belief, and everyday life shape folk magic. Maria Minnis is a tarot reader of 20+ years who teaches people about blending their spirituality with magic, liberation work, and eroticism in their everyday lives. She believes that all magic’s end result should be cultivating a more erotic, equitable, and empathetic planet.
