How Can I Start A Relationship With My Ancestors?
Like all relationships, it’s not one-sided. While you’ll certainly want to do what you can to preserve the relationship, they’ll also want you to do things for yourself. Ancestors exist in the Spirit realm, but they also exist in you. Doing well for yourself is its own act of devotion to the Ancestors.

2.) What they need from you: What you can do to build and maintain a relationship with your Ancestors
3.) What they want you to give to yourself: Remember – when you honor yourself, you also honor your Ancestors.
4.) What they want you to avoid: For your best life and your best relationship with them, avoid these things!
5.) What healing you both need Often, the healing that you need is the healing your Ancestors need, too.
